SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. All orders are shipped from China.

Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays): 

a) USA & UK ~ 20 to 25 business days (tracking system available)

b) Rest of the world ~ 25 to 30 business days (tracking system available in some instances)

c) Holiday season ~ 30 - 40 business days - November to December months (tracking system available)

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).


Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30-40 business days.

We use a number of couriers around the world,

DHL, FEDEX,UPS, ROYAL MAIL, YODEL, CHINA POST,

We use all the major shippers, Also our items will come with a tracking code.

We aim to ship out within 48h or sooner.

All orders are shipped from China.

The latest shipping update notice:

1. Now is the Coronavirus disease global spread period, and every country is trying to find ways to control the epidemic. The first step taken is isolation. Therefore, the postal services in your area or country will stagnate or develop slowly, and normal postal delivery services cannot be performed;


 2. Your order will go through strict production safety procedures, so it will take more time than usual to process the order, please be patient. Believe that our customers are unwilling to receive goods that have not passed inspection;


3. In addition to the Coronavirus disease factor, orders may extend shipping time due to other conditions, such as changes in customs inspections and policies, increased security inspection processes, complex traffic environments, sudden weather and climate change, and unexpected social Factors (unstable social situation, strikes, marches, etc.);


4. If there are other factors affecting the postal service in your area or country, the delivery time of the order will be delayed;


5. At this stage, the transportation capacity of airlines in various countries is declining. At present, airlines only have one flight per week for postal services. Therefore, customs, airports and postal company mail processing centers have a large backlog of packages, so your order delivery time will be extended by 5-10 days, and some places may be longer. As long as you can reach the destination area, your order will be delivered quickly. please wait patiently;

Notes on logistics transportation time

  1. Order processing time: This time period is the time to prepare the order tolls. Depending on the type and quantity of the specific product, the processing time period for different products is different. It usually takes about 2 to 4 business days to process.
  2. Delivery time of the order: The time it takes for the order to reach each country is different. If you want to know the specific time, please contact our customer service staff, we will provide detailed instructions.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). 

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at contact@trendzo.co.uk as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. *We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: - Certain items may be on backorder - Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office - Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
